Where We Deliver
Motherland Curios delivers Australia-wide. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept orders for shipping to locations outside Australia. A valid Australian street address is required to fulfil all orders.

The Australia Post tracking tool allows you to view where your item is during the delivery process.
Add-on Features
- Signature on Delivery (SOD) – this feature provides delivery confirmation with capture of the recipient’s signature at the time of delivery. This option is available during the checkout process. Please refer to the current Australia Post charges guide for details and charges.
- Extra Cover – this provides cover for loss or damage of goods in transit. This service is available during the checkout process and can only be purchased with the Signature on Delivery (SOD) option. Please refer to the current Australia Post charges guide for details and charges.

Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the number of items ordered, weight, dimensions and delivery destination.
- The delivery cost will be calculated once you have placed your selected items in your shopping cart and entered an Australian postcode, along with your preferred method of delivery.
- The delivery cost includes packing and handling costs as well as postage costs. Handling costs are fixed, but postage costs vary depending on the total size and weight of the shipment.
- To minimise delivery costs, we recommend you group your items into a single order. We cannot group multiple orders that are placed separately, and delivery costs will apply to each order.
- Your package is shipped at your own risk; however, we do our very best to protect fragile objects.
- Our packaging and boxes are well-protected and sized according to the contents of your shipment.
When We Deliver
All orders received are dispatched by the following business day. Orders received on a Friday or the weekend are dispatched on the first business day of the following week. Orders received on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.
The timing of the actual delivery is as per Australia Post Delivery Standards. Motherland Curios will not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to consequential loss) resulting from Australia Post’s failure to deliver in accordance with its Delivery Standards.
Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, service availability and other factors that are out of our direct control.
- You are charged for your order at the time it is placed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and receiver’s name are accurate and complete. Please note that we are not able to change details of the order once it’s been shipped.
- Motherland Curios will endeavour to fulfil all orders that are placed via this website. All of our products are listed for sale in good faith; however, it is possible that an item may become unavailable, either temporarily or permanently. In this case, we will notify you of the delay in your order and your payment will be fully refunded for each cancelled item.
